Human Resources – Full Time – Day Shift – 7:30am – 5pm

Job Summary

The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment process and acts as a liaison between candidate and hiring managers. They deliver top talent for hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. Candidates receive positive experiences, feedback, and feel that the recruiter is accessible. The Healthcare Recruiter is driven to learn and embraces challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent education.
  • No minimum years of experience required.
  • No required certifications or licensure.
  • Advanced knowledge of full life‑cycle recruiting: sourcing diverse applicants, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Ability to manage competing demands, receive criticism and constructive feedback, and maintain adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and Applicant Tracking System.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with senior management, hiring managers, and HR staff to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce strategies, and search assignments.
  • Use the full functionality of the Applicant Tracking System to manage selection, offer, negotiation, and closing, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Act as the primary communication point with applicants from initial contact to offer, negotiating and making offers of employment.
  • Lead communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams, providing timely feedback and coordinating candidate movement through systems.
  • Meet established team metrics, provide insightful analysis of reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in HR/recruiting project initiatives.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and technology to attract active and passive candidates, including cold calling and network building.
  • Review applicant submissions via the Applicant Tracking System in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal sources.
  • Articulate the value proposition to interested candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information and schedule expectations.
  • Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews.
  • Present job offers and drive candidate acceptance.
  • Strictly adhere to all regulations (OFCCP and compliance standards).
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
