Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial processes within our dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of our management team, contributing to our strategic direction while ensuring the integrity of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes.
• Manage tax filings to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee the audit process, coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Manage inventory processes, ensuring accurate and timely counts and valuations.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and procedures.
• Proven experience in managing audit processes, tax filings, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Excellent leadership skills and a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to convey complex financial information to non‑financial audiences.
• High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive financial information.
