Responsibilities Work in the right role, in the right hotel, in the right city—maximizing your talents and potential. Learn company policies, service standards, and safety/health regulations. Learn how to schedule associates, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Practice conflict resolution and associate coaching. Shadow department leaders to understand workflows. Complete extensive training specific to your role. Be placed directly into a leadership role that maximizes your talent and education. Qualifications A 4‑year college degree.
