Responsibilities The Clinical Liaison specializes in the development of business plans for UVC “Office-Based Labs” within his/her given territory, focusing specifically on targeted Physician Referral growth. This field-based position establishes and maintains ongoing communication with Physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, and other relevant partners; keeping these key collaborators updated throughout the patient lifecycle. Additionally, he/she educates through the utilization of branded materials, tracks leads through the CRM, ensures proper follow-up, and represents the UVC brand in a positive and professional manner. Develops and expands referral base to grow designated UVC OBL business. Continuously reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and reports on various information and data regarding existing product performance, potential development opportunities. Educates new and existing physician contacts on services offered by UVC. Maintains image of UVC in the target community as cutting-edge experts on the treatment of vein disease. Oversees efforts to ensure UVC is positioned competitively to protect and grow market-share. This includes routine analysis of the strengths and services of competitors. Identifies physician referral opportunities within the medical community through research and prospecting. Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits in person, emails, and phone calls. Provides information and branded messages to Physicians on UVC products and services. Identifies and coordinate speaking opportunities within hospitals, ALFs, and medical associations. Identifies strategies to promote provider engagement and collaboration, including new provider orientation, office visits, social events, referral dinners, CEUs, etc. Demonstrate and promote a work culture committed to UVVC’s Core Values: Understanding, Nurturing, Ingenuity, Trust, Excellence, and Diversity.
