Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations Exceptional organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficient with project management software and tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines What's on Offer
