Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator

Job Description We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join Beacon Pointe Advisors as an Associate for our Mergers & Acquisitions Team in Dallas, TX. This candidate will join a highly talented team of investment professionals that support the firm’s merger and acquisitions efforts, as well as other strategic finance projects for the executive leadership team. The candidate will have a demonstrated track record of both educational and professional achievement; with a commitment and passion for delivering exceptional service to the firm’s employees and clients. Responsibilities Coordinate schedules for the M&A and Strategic Integrations teams, including meetings with senior leaders Interface between the M&A and Strategic Integration teams for new team onboarding Support market outreach efforts, both independently and in partnership with the BPA marketing team Oversee internal systems, including Salesforce management Plan, coordinate, and manage events Support recruiting and “Hire to Acquire” initiatives through coordination and facilitation of key activities Enhance internal team operations through general administrative support and process optimization Provide executive assistant support to the President of Beacon Pointe Advisors Contribute to special projects and assist with initiatives to improve team efficiency and streamline procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business or Economics) Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Team oriented approach desired Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, etc.) About the Beacon Pointe Family of Companies Beacon Pointe Advisors is one of the nation’s largest Registered Investment Advisor firms with headquarters in Southern California and affiliate offices nationwide.
