Holiday Automotive is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Internet Automotive Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. As the first point of contact for online leads, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding customers through the virtual car-buying journey — from initial inquiry to final sale.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to online sales leads via email, phone, text, and chat
Convert internet inquiries into dealership appointments and vehicle purchases
Use CRM tools to manage, follow up, and track customer interactions
Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs
Work with the in-store sales and finance team to ensure seamless customer experience
Stay updated on vehicle inventory, promotions, and product knowledge
Achieving individual and team sales goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive or internet sales is preferred (but not required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of online customer engagement and lead generation
Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
