Automotive Accounting Specialist

Holiday Automotive is currently looking for a talented, self-motivated individual to join our Corporate Services Team.
The individual will perform a variety of general accounting, account reconciliations, detailed postings and other tasks within the accounting department, while learning the specialized duties of the accounting staff of an automotive dealership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules
Maintain and reconcile factory statements
Assist in processing new and used car deals
Factory Incentive Management – including posting and reconciling incentives
Assist CFO with financial reporting and special projects
Cross train with other accounting team members
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Accounting knowledge
Proficient computer skills
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi task
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Automotive experience preferred but not required
Willingness to embrace and embody our Company’s core values
