Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment process by managing candidate flow, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and providing administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team. This role ensures a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers while helping the organization attract top talent efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters, ensuring a seamless process. Post and maintain job openings across internal and external job boards. Review resumes and forward qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers for consideration. Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview details, status updates, and next steps. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation as directed by the recruiter or HR team. Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment screening. Support recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruiting, or virtual hiring sessions. Generate recruitment reports and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, source effectiveness). Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or administrative role (staffing industry experience a plus). Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Bullhorn, or similar). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Professional, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor. Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting. Experience supporting multiple recruiters or departments. Knowledge of HR or employment law best practices.
