About the Role: We're seeking a
Program Manager / Coordinator
to support early childhood initiatives and lead a small, passionate team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys program oversight, community impact, and collaborative work - whether you're an experienced Program Manager or an organized Program Coordinator ready to step into leadership.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and support a small team of 3 (2 Project Specialists and 1 Early Learning Specialist). Oversee data tracking and reporting for monthly and quarterly submissions (CDSS, Board, KPI, Technical Assistance reports, etc.). Assist with event coordination for R&R-hosted activities such as professional development trainings, playgroups, and information sessions. Support the development and compliance of the ECE Resource Center and CCIP Project. Maintain accurate program records and databases while ensuring confidentiality. Participate in leadership, partner, and planning meetings to represent the program. Stay informed on ECE regulations, updates, and best practices. What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in Early Childhood Education, program coordination, or nonprofit work. Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred, but open to strong coordinators ready for the next step. Knowledge of child care center operations and Title 22 regulations is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Location: Culver City, CA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Onsite Parking: Provided Pay: $24-$32/hour (DOE) Duration: 4-6 Month Temporary Assignment
