Job Description
Manage end-to-end construction projects within the life science sector, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet client requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients. Manage procurement and allocation of resources, including materials and labor. Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and secure future opportunities. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
Strong experience managing construction projects in the life science sector. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. A solid understanding of safety regulations and construction standards. Competitive base salary ranging from $126,000 to $154,000, dependent on experience. Comprehensive health insurance to support your well-being. Car allowance to facilitate travel for project needs.
