Job Description
Lead and manage OSHPD-regulated healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure compliance with all OSHPD regulations and industry standards. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Oversee risk management and implement strategies to mitigate potential project challenges. Ensure quality control and safety standards are met across all project phases. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional growth. Maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Executive - OSHPD should have:
Proven expertise in managing OSHPD-regulated healthcare construction projects. Strong understanding of construction standards and processes within the property industry. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Capability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction. What's on Offer
