Airswift is seeking an Electrical Drafter for an initial 3-month contract in Freemont, CA with a leading company in the automotive and clean energy industry.
This position is on-site in Fremont, CA.
Responsibilities:
Support engineers by translating concepts into high-quality CAD models. Prepare detailed electrical drawings and layouts for manufacturing facility projects. Work closely with electrical engineers and the design manager to support project requirements. Utilize Revit for modeling and drafting tasks. Assist in creating as-built drawings and documentation for retrofits, demolitions, and adapter reuse projects. Ensure accuracy and compliance with in-house design standards. Collaborate with the construction team to deliver buildable designs. Qualifications:
Associate degree or drafting certification. 3-5 years of electrical drafting experience. Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD tools. Revit experience. Ideal industry background in adapter reuse, retrofit, demolition, and as-built projects.
