Full-Time On-Site Structural CAD Technician/Drafter

About Us: Our well-established structural engineering firm located in Miami since 1969 is seeking a full-time
Structural CAD Technician / Drafter
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a wide variety of building design projects throughout South Florida. Position is in-person, not remote.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed structural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to develop accurate and efficient design drawings.
Revise plans based on redlines, markups, and design updates.
Maintain organized drawing sets and support document control for active projects.
Assist with plan submittals, file management, and other drafting-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with Revit preferred.
Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in structural or architectural disciplines (preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates will be considered).
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
