Job Description
I'm seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Construction Superintendent
to lead and manage commercial interior build-outs and bank construction projects across Dade and Broward County.
This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and knows how to drive projects to completion — on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on commercial interior and bank construction sites
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow
Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
Conduct site walk throughs, inspections, and progress reporting
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven track record with interior build-outs.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
