Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is actively seeking an

experienced AP Specialist with proficiency in SAP

to join their team in Chandler, Arizona.

*The position is initially a temporary role, lasting 3-6 months, with the potential for permanency based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

Process full cycle accounts payable, handling approximately 300 invoices per week. Utilize strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formula creation. Employ strong analytical skills to research and resolve discrepancies independently. Reconcile accounts payable to ensure accuracy and completeness. Demonstrate self-motivation and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Requirements

Proficiency in SAP is mandatory and non-negotiable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas. Ability to work independently and proactively without the need for micro-management. Work Hours

The position requires mandatory office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on either Monday or Friday after training. The specific working hours are not provided.

Benefits

The role offers a competitive pay range based on experience, with a minimum of $28 and a maximum of $30 per hour.
