Position Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a part-time position in Arizona. This role offers a flexible start time between 7:00 am and 8:00 am and involves working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to float between the Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Sales/Inventory departments, providing essential support where needed.
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable efficiently and accurately. Assist the payroll department with clerical functions such as filing and updating spreadsheets. Support the sales and inventory team by reviewing daily reports from field locations and entering information into Excel spreadsheets. Perform journal entries as needed. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable. Intermediate-level skills in Excel. High School diploma required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. Location
Scottsdale, Arizona (North Scottsdale) 100% in-office
Required Work Hours
This part-time position requires 20 hours of work per week, with flexible start times between 7:00 am and 8:00 am (M-F).
Benefits
Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $22, based on experience and qualifications.
