Job Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall project coordination from preconstruction through closeout. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and change orders. Communicate regularly with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Help manage procurement, subcontractor contracts, and project buyout activities. Support the tracking of project costs, progress reports, and schedule updates. Participate in site visits, coordination meetings, and project inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Assist with risk management, safety compliance, and project closeout processes.
