Job Description

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams Support procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Attend project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders Help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Track progress and assist with reporting to senior leadership Collaborate with estimators and superintendents during preconstruction and execution Contribute to closeout processes and punch list resolution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

2-5 years of experience in construction project management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with custom residential or light commercial projects is a plus What's on Offer
