Job Title : Accounts Payable Coordinator (Expense Report Processing)

100% on-site in Altamonte Springs, FL
Pay:
DOE $21-$24/hour
Type:
Contract to Hire
Responsibilities Handle AP functions including GL coding, processing (using 3-way matching) and reconciling invoices, weekly check runs, and processing expense reports and petty cash reimbursements Research and resolve any invoice issues Experience
Minimum of two to three years of accounts payable (high volume invoice processing) experience required Must also have expense report processing experience Skills/Knowledge
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook required Workday expense report experience strongly preferred Proficiency using accounting software required High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills Education
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred Pay Details:
$21.00 to $24.00 per hour
