AP/AR/Data Entry Specialist (Contract) Pay: $20-$22/hour DOE Type: Contract Location: Tampa, FL (100% On-Site) We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle AP/AR processes, manage data entry tasks, and help maintain accurate financial records.

Manage the AP email inbox and process vendor invoices Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships Monitor accounts receivable, assist with collections, and maintain customer records Input and update financial data in accounting software and spreadsheets Help organize and file financial documents Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) • 1-3 years' experience in AP, AR, or data entry • Experience with accounting software (similar to Sage 100 Contractor) and basic Excel proficiency • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills Schedule: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week, or full time, standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM), in-office setting.
