About the Role
The Company is searching for a dynamic Vice President of Finance Strategy and Transformation to spearhead a comprehensive transformation of the finance operating model and drive systems modernization. This strategic executive position is crucial in developing operational excellence, prioritizing AI investment, organizational structure, and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will take charge of the enterprise AI strategy and facilitate transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives across various functions.
The role encompasses key responsibilities including overseeing strategic finance and investor relations, assessing and enabling financial automation, and modernizing financial systems and processes. We encourage applications from candidates with a minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, finance strategy, or transformation, especially within high-growth B2B or SaaS settings. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, combined with strong communication skills, is vital for success in this role.
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required, with preference given to candidates possessing an MBA or another advanced degree. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader, equipped to implement enterprise-wide changes that support business growth and enhance customer value.
