Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. 10+ years of experience within a general contracting environment Experience with $10M+ projects Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving project goals. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
