Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Prepare and present reports on project progress and performance to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project. Manage change orders and resolve any project-related issues effectively. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry. 3-4 years of lead project manager experience. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
