Oversee all phases of construction from concept to closeout, maintaining budget, quality, and client satisfaction. Develop schedules, manage subcontractors, and drive coordination across internal teams. Ensure jobsite safety, adherence to project specs, and proactive risk management. Serve as the client's primary point of contact, fostering trust and repeat business. Champion efficiency and innovation in field and office processes to elevate project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr Project Manager | Multifamily + Hospitality should have:
A strong background in project management within the commercial multifamily and hospitality sectors. 8+ years of experience in full-scale project management Proficiency in Procure. Experience managing 35M+ Projects A proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope. What's on Offer
Competitive Base salary: $115,000 - $130,000 annually. Top of the Market bonus package Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
