Now Hiring: Staffing Coordinator (Long-Term Temporary)
Location: Allentown, PA (Hybrid – Tues-Thurs in office, Mon/Fri WFH)
Pay: $40–$47/hr
Looking for your next great HR/recruiting adventure? A large utility company in Allentown is searching for a Staffing Coordinator to help keep their hiring and onboarding process running smoothly. This is a long-term temporary role where you’ll be the go-to person for welcoming new hires, setting them up for success, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Do
Be the point person for onboarding & offboarding – from paperwork to system access. Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to make sure every new hire is ready on day one. Order hardware, track IT tickets, and keep tabs on training and compliance. Manage sensitive information with professionalism and care. Document processes, track progress, and escalate issues when needed.
What We’re Looking For
A seasoned recruiter or HR professional who thrives on details and building relationships. Someone comfortable juggling systems like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and HRIS tools. Strong communicator, problem solver, and organized multitasker. Previous experience in HR, staffing, or recruiting is highly preferred. Degree in HR or business? Great—but not required.
