Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,325 per week in Modesto, CA

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures. License: California state license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS, ARRT. Must-Have: Experience with coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemakers, and peripheral aortograms. Description: Local requirements may vary. Candidates must possess a California state license and ARRT certification. Experience in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures is required. Procedures include coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemakers, and peripheral aortograms. Call requirement is 8-12 shifts per month, with one weekend of call required each month. Candidates should demonstrate skills in accurate monitoring, angioplasty, aortography, and cardiac stent placement. Experience in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology lab procedures is essential. Maintaining equipment and inventory is mandatory. Candidates should be proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Knowledge of various catheterization techniques, including left and right heart catheterization, is preferred. Skills in performing EKG lead placement and prepping access sites are necessary. Candidates must adhere to sterile field protocols while scrubbing. Experience with transcatheter aortic valve implantation/replacement is advantageous.
