Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/11/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with a CA license, ARRT certification, and at least 2 years of experience in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures. Responsibilities Work in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting Procedures include coronary angiograms with PCI, pacemakers, and peripheral aortograms 4x10 hour day shifts starting at either 6:45 AM or 8:45 AM On-call requirement of 8-12 call shifts per month plus one weekend of call per month Epic charting experience is preferred Patient population primarily cardiac, both diagnostic and interventional cases Responsibilities include all aspects of Cath Lab procedures, including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring cases Must provide two professional references from supervisors obtained within the last year Epic EMR is used in the department Mandatory completion of e-learning modules during orientation Only one holiday will be approved for time off Locals are accepted but at a local rate Background check disclosure is required for consideration Requirements Active CA Radiology Technologist license ARRT certification required Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience Experience in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures including PCI, pacemakers, and peripheral aortograms Current AHA or American Red Cross certifications required and must be in hand Epic EMR experience preferred Must be able to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing License required if applicable Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rate Returning travelers must have been gone for at least 1 year prior to returning Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-620951.
