Position Summary:
As a Bilingual Brand Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in building strong customer loyalty by acting as a dedicated partner to their business. You will contribute through innovative menu redesign, effective employee training, and strategic promotions. Your responsibilities will also include managing brand sales, conducting customer trainings, overseeing advertising, and ensuring brand profitability. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team and other departments to provide exceptional service.
Position Responsibilities:
Implement brand marketing programs successfully, leading to improved financial performance and achieving targeted sales in line with business goals. Act as a trusted business consultant to enhance customer loyalty and drive sales.
Conduct competitive brand product evaluations to determine the best offerings.
Facilitate effective communication between local suppliers, brokers, and brand representatives, collecting feedback from sales and operators to inform PFG headquarters.
Identify potential key customers for brand items and deliver compelling presentations to promote engagement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to ensure an optimal Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) balance while focusing on increasing brand sales. Address any quality concerns or competitive product information.
Design customized menus for customers and generate innovative ideas that cater to their needs. Participate in special customer events; evaluate food and labor cost savings through observations.
Lead in-house training seminars for Area Managers and sales management, providing customer training as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency required. High School Diploma or equivalent necessary. 4-6 years of experience in Culinary Arts, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or sales/marketing desired.
