About the Banquet & Outlet Manager:
The Banquet & Outlet Manager plays a vital leadership role within Belmont Park's Food & Beverage team. This dual-role position is primarily responsible for managing all banquet and catered events, while also providing operational support to restaurants and fast casual outlets during the off-season or as needed. They ensure top-tier service, efficient operations, and seamless guest experience across multiple F&B service models. They lead by example, manage cross-functional teams, and support the broader F&B department through strategic coordination and hands-on leadership.
What You'll Do:
Lead with Purpose:
Manage banquet and outlet teams to deliver seamless service and uphold Belmont Park's standards of excellence. Oversee Daily Operations:
Ensure all outlets and events run efficiently, maintaining consistency in quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Drive Event Success:
Plan and execute banquets and private events, coordinating with culinary, sales, and operations teams. Foster Team Growth:
Recruit, train, and inspire staff to achieve excellence and embody Belmont Park's core values. Collaborate Across Departments:
Work closely with leadership and vendors to ensure alignment on schedules, setups, and service expectations. Maintain Standards & Compliance:
Oversee inventory, sanitation, and safety practices to meet all operational guidelines.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand/walk up to 10 hours at a time. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Able to move equipment which would include pushing, pulling, stooping and shoving, and bending. Able to work outdoors may be exposed to a variety of weather conditions such as rain, cold temperatures, direct sunlight, high heat, and humidity. Able to work in a noisy environment.
Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in banquet, restaurant, or outlet management. Proven leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities. Experience in high-volume venues; theme park or resort experience is a plus. Proficiency with BEOs, POS systems, scheduling tools, and operational software. Expected Hours of Work:
Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, nights, and peak business times. The average workweek is approximately 50+ hours. Expected to shift between banquet and outlet responsibilities based on business needs and seasonality.
