Our client, a leader in retail distribution, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Distribution Lead I to join their team. As a Distribution Lead I, you will be an essential part of the Walton warehouse operations supporting the logistics and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound flow operations
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure adherence to quality standards
Manage staff effectively to optimize operational efficiency
Track and report on operational performance metrics
Coordinate with training to ensure team members are well-prepared for their roles
What's Needed?
Proficiency in both English and Spanish
Ability to adapt to a dynamic warehouse environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to train and develop team members
Basic understanding of inventory and logistics processes
