Role Description
The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. Working closely with the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for various accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Reconcile daily sales reports and investigate discrepancies with field teams to promptly resolve variances Conduct timely and accurate reconciliation of bank settlements ensuring all transactions are accurate, complete and properly classified Manage the full cycle Accounts Receivable process for all third-party and house accounts, from invoicing to collections, preparing reports and reconciliations that ensure accurate recording of revenue and timely collection of receivables. Reconcile key overhead expense accounts, maintain accurate schedules while recording necessary adjustments and accruals. Assist with ad hoc requests and projects as required, including but not limited to recording of journal entries, reconciliation of ledger accounts and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies Actively participate in the monthly close process, working closely with the Controller and other accounting team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and adherence to the monthly close calendar. Provide ideas and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives and work to implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting function.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; CPA designation a plus A minimum of 2-4 years progressive experience in end-to-end accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and variance analysis Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Workday ERP is a plus) Advanced Excel proficiency required (Index Match, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.), an on-site assessment will be required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits

The annualized salary range for this position (plus a bonus) is:
$90,000 - $110,000
