C-Level Executive Assistant to CEO We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO, serving as a strategic partner. What You’ll Do
• Manage the CEO’s complex business and personal schedule. • Plan and support client meetings, QBRs, and leadership sessions. • Prepare presentations, agendas, and follow-up notes for internal and external meetings. • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics. • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and proposals. • Oversee the Front Desk and assist with office/facility needs. • Support sales and marketing projects, including tradeshows, proposals, collateral, and events (e.g., YPO, client hospitality). • Manage special projects such as branded premiums, holiday gifts, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background. • 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite preferred). • Excellent written/verbal communication and strong follow-up skills. • Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking ability. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. • Discreet, trustworthy, service-oriented, and adaptable. • Positive, proactive, and detail-focused team player. Compensation: $100,000 yearly
