Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs and policies Plan and deliver effective safety training for employees at all levels Monitor and enforce compliance across all projects and operations Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses Build and promote a strong safety culture where everyone takes ownership Maintain accurate safety reports and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee emergency preparedness and run drills to keep teams ready What You Bring:
Minimum OSHA 30 Certification (additional high-risk activity certifications a plus) 2-3+ years of safety management experience (construction or electrical industry preferred) Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build trust across teams Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software Preferred: BCSP, IASHEP, OSHA, or NCCER certifications
