Job Description
Manage all aspects of custom residential projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met Coordinate and lead subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams Build strong relationships with clients and architects through transparent communication and proactive problem-solving Ensure adherence to architectural details, finishes, and construction standards expected at the luxury level Forecast project timelines and manage critical path schedules Lead weekly on-site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in high-end custom residential construction(Relocators) or local residential industry experience Strong understanding of architectural drawings, interior design details, and high-end finish work Proven track record of managing complex custom homes from ground-up through CO Ability to lead site teams with confidence, clarity, and professionalism Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Buildertrend, CoConstruct) a plus What's on Offer

Compensation & Benefits:
