JOB SUMMARY Are you a data-driven student looking to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting? ONEOK is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Materials Analyst Intern to support our inventory and materials management operations. You'll work with experienced professionals to analyze inventory data, optimize supply chain processes, and contribute to system improvements using ERP tools. Key Responsibilities
Under supervision and mentorship, the intern will: Use
inventory control methods and system tools
to monitor and evaluate inventory levels, forecast material needs, and support replenishment processes Assist in
data analysis and reporting
related to inventory usage, performance metrics, and material movement Support the
development and testing of ERP system enhancements
for materials management Help document and maintain
training materials and user guides
for ERP system users Collaborate with supply chain, accounting, IT, and field operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient inventory practices Participate in
process improvement initiatives
and help identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy Prepare and review reports such as:
Inventory usage and performance summaries Material requisitions and equipment requests Internal correspondence and documentation

Currently pursuing a
Bachelor's degree
in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in
Excel, Word, and database tools
(Access, Power BI, or similar) Interest in
inventory management, logistics, or ERP systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills
Familiarity with
inventory control concepts
such as cycle counting, ABC analysis, and replenishment strategies Experience with
data visualization tools
or reporting platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Experience
