Job Description
Lead activities related to corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage financial planning, conduct various analyses, and provide recommendations for the Company to achieve its goals. Provide financial/budgeting/forecasting advice to department managers, including the Executive Staff. Job duties:
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Coordinate LRP activities and ensure alignment with corporate strategy. Interact with ESM members on achieving strategic goals. Forecast quarterly/annual/long-range operating profit position and cash flow. Assess and advise regarding risks/opportunities in Financial Plans. Introduce new reporting/analysis/metrics as needed to maintain visibility to evolving financial issues. Drive continuous improvement efforts and initiate process and system-related enhancements. Advise and assist department managers with budget development. Manage Project Proposal Request process (Ringi). Prepare financial statement variance commentaries and present to TAH Financial Management and CV Finance Management on a monthly basis. Publish internal management reporting (including regional profitability) and commentaries as required. Prepare Product Standards; monitor assumptions and recommend changes/updates. Responsible for internal management reporting. Coordinate headcount reporting and forecasting. As a hands-on position, manage a team of FP& A staff. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or finance. Minimum twelve (12) years of professional experience in Finance and/or Accounting. Minimum five (5) years of management or leadership experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced analytical skills, including Excel modeling. High level of technical knowledge including budgeting, cash management and financial analysis processes. Ability to work with managers throughout the company in analyzing financial situations. Experience and ability to interact directly with Executive Management Team. Ability to assign/monitor work and motivate staff. Proficient with MS Office, PCs, spreadsheet and accounting software. Desired Qualifications
MBA or CPA desirable. Experience in medical device industry. Experience in SAP and Hyperion Financial Planning.
