The Centralized Services Manager (CSM) plays a critical operational and team-leadership role in the success of Core's centralized platform. This role is responsible for the direct supervision, coaching, and development of CAMs in the execution of day-to-day activities related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, delinquency management, vendor relations, and financial reporting. Reporting to the Director of Centralized Services, the CSM ensures that departmental goals, tools, and processes are effectively implemented, optimized, and continually improved to drive portfolio success.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Oversight
Directly supervise and support Centralized Account Managers in their daily operational responsibilities. Provide day-to-day coaching, workload balancing, and performance feedback to ensure quality and consistency in execution. Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and skill development sessions to foster continuous growth and adherence to KPIs. Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new CAMs in alignment with department standards. Operational Execution & Optimization
Ensure CAMs effectively manage AP/AR workflows, delinquency management, ledger accuracy, and vendor invoicing across platforms like Entrata, Yardi, and EliseAI. Monitor performance against key metrics (e.g., delinquency under 1%, invoice processing SLAs, financial report timeliness). Identify performance gaps in collaboration with the Director and drive corrective actions. Partner with Director to update and implement SOPs, tools, and automation strategies; monitor adoption and provide feedback. Create and deliver training assets-playbooks, quick reference guides, live sessions, and refreshers- to support CAM onboarding and ongoing skill development. Help lead rollout and feedback loops for new technology and system enhancements. Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as liaison between CAMs and other departments (Accounting, Operations, Technology) to resolve escalated issues and improve interdepartmental workflows. Partner with property teams (e.g., Regionals and Directors) to align on financial processes including evictions, move-outs, budget variance reporting, and resident communications. Compliance & Reporting
Review and ensure CAM compliance with legal, lease, and internal policy standards related to billing, collections, and tenant communication. Monitor and support CAMs in producing accurate financial reports including accrual drafts and monthly variance summaries. Maintain records of performance, process gaps, and success stories to aid in continuous department Development.

5+ years of Property Management experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred Proficiency in Entrata and/or Yardi property management software Solid understanding of centralized operations, including AP/AR, collections, and vendor management Demonstrated experience with process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills across various audiences Ability to prioritize and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience You'll crush it if you have experience with

Pay Range
USD $95,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr. Additional Compensation
Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, typically 15% of base salary annually, depending on individual and organizational performance. Compensation Disclosure
The compensation range listed reflects the base salary or hourly rate that we reasonably and in good faith expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, seniority, geographic location, and business needs.
This role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, including bonuses, commissions, stipends, or non-cash incentives, depending on position and performance.
