Responsibilities:

Prepares tool equipment and raw materials while adhering to safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements Sharpens tooling equipment Processes raw material for Tool Makers Operates the heat treat oven Supports lean manufacturing through 5S methodology: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree High level of commitment and flexibility Willingness and ability to work shifts Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
