Titles: Family Self Sufficiency Coordinator Duration: Contract Location: Dallas, TX (75212) Shift Timings:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Pay: USD 20/hr - USD 23/hr
Position summary: Support the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program by managing participant documentation, conducting monthly client contacts, enrolling new participants, verifying homeownership records, and completing forensic reviews and exits for non-compliant clients. Ensure accurate, timely maintenance of FSS graduation and escrow project files.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare FSS Grad files. Complete the Forensic Review for the Escrow Project. Verify and attach all homeownership documents. Enroll all new FSS participants once they have returned the Contract of Participation. Schedule monthly contacts for new and existing clients. Conduct monthly contacts. Complete FSS exits for clients who do not meet the FSS Obligation.
