$50,000 to $62,000 annually, depending on experience Schedule:

Monday through Friday, full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite in Boca Raton and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hundreds of general ledger codes. The position offers long-term stability and the opportunity to contribute to a growing accounting team.

Key Responsibilities: Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently

Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices

Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments

Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with internal controls

Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting

Strong understanding of general ledger coding and accounting principles

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle

Experience with both PO and non-PO invoice processing

Pay Details:

$50,000.00 to $62,500.00 per year
