is working with a company within the Construction & Manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality projects & products. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team and help ensure the smooth processing of vendor payments and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely, including 2-way and 3-way matching Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized records of payments and vendor files Collaborate with procurement and project teams to verify purchase orders and receipts Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Assist with month-end closing and reporting Support audits and provide documentation as needed Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing Experience with lien waivers, subcontractor payments, and job costing Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Viewpoint, QuickBooks) Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
