Overview
seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to lead industrial construction projects for a leading Oil & Gas client in Belle Chasse, LA. The ideal candidate will manage projects from RFP through closeout—ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery within budget.
This is primarily a
Monday–Friday role
, with occasional weekend work as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution—from planning through closeout—ensuring safety, budget control, and compliance.
Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and communication plans to align all stakeholders.
Oversee subcontractor performance, conduct site visits, and maintain quality control.
Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure a zero-harm work environment.
Track project financials, monitor budget variances, and prepare regular performance reports.
Manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and serve as the primary liaison between the client and project teams.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management ().
Experience:
5–7 years of project management experience in industrial construction.
3+ years in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services.
Proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Skills:
Strong client management and communication abilities.
Financial and budget monitoring proficiency.
Expertise in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
