Environmental Compliance Manager

to join our team of professionals in our

Dallas (Farmers Branch)

office.

Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to the Farmers Branch area; relocation assistance is available.

What We Are Looking For:

There are no typical days at EnSafe, and this role is no exception. As an Environmental Compliance Manager, we are seeking a seller and doer who will lead our junior staff and clients in project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work. EnSafe 's environmental compliance professionals evaluate industrial facilities' compliance status, assist them in applying for and complying with various environmental permits, and help facilities identify and comply with other environmental obligations. EnSafe is committed to providing pragmatic and cost-effective strategies for maintaining compliance, minimizing liabilities, and enhancing environmental performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

The successful candidate should have a proven ability to navigate local, state, and federal regulations and lead labor and material estimates, proposals, and business development. Develop and expand existing market connections and clients. Areas of business include:

• Hazardous waste management.

• Industrial wastewater/industrial user permitting and compliance.

• Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures requirements.

• Stormwater pollution prevention and permitting.

• Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act requirements.

• Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials requirements.

• Toxic Substances Control Act requirements.

• Compliance auditing of the programs mentioned above.

What You Will Need:

• BS in Engineering or related Environmental Science.

• 9 years of relevant environmental compliance consulting.

• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills, working in the field with multi-media clients.

• 4 years of managerial experience.

• Project management experience includes developing scopes of work and managing project teams.

• Technical expertise in local, state, and federal regulations. Experience with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regulations is desired.

• Strong client communication and writing skills.

• Overnight travel is required.

• Ability to pass a background check.
