Job Description
The
Senior Production Manager
will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and improve operational performance. Leading and mentoring production teams to achieve company goals and objectives. Monitoring and managing production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Analyzing production data and generating reports for upper management. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. should have:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven experience in production management within the Engineering & Manufacturing field. Solid understanding of production processes and operational efficiency strategies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights. A minimum of 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership. Proven success implementing Lean, Six Sigma or CI Methodologies. Experience in machine shop operations. What's on Offer
