Staffmark is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing team in Huntersville. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and electrical systems to ensure optimal production performance.
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management and supervisors to resolve technical and equipment issues Coordinate maintenance schedules and support preventive maintenance (PM) planning Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic die machines, pneumatic assembly equipment, and other production machinery Install, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic components, including motors, relays, breakers, process controls, and alarms Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; replace worn or faulty components and reassemble equipment to restore functionality Monitor equipment operation to detect malfunctions and ensure adherence to production standards Enforce and maintain machine safety devices and operational standards Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety and attention to detail
