ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping

ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping •
Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations •
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow with a strong focus on the Event management aned monitoring and integrations •
Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardizations and consulting on implementation with large enterprises. •
Deep experience modeling network, storage and compute infrastructure •
Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures as they apply to monitoring including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services. •
5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL® and CMDB processes and solutions •
8+ years of professional services/consulting experience •
3+ years of experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and assisting the IT organization in comparing various Vendor's tool products •
Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow JavaScript and glide queries •
Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
Desired Skills: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA) • CIS Event Management • Micro certification Health log analytics • ServiceNow AIOPS certification • Web Development experience a significant plus • Javascripting experience
