Summary:

We're building a network of versatile HR professionals for future opportunities. This role is a great fit for individuals who excel at managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees and leaders, and ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-centered processes across the organization.

Responsibilities: Administer and support HR programs including onboarding, benefits, performance management, and compliance Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Support recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews, offers, and new hire processes Manage leave administration and ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policy Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention Provide guidance to employees on HR-related questions and policies Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:

Pay is commensurate with experience.
