Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join their team. As a Cash Applications Specialist, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable department supporting the Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Cash Applications Specialist
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside within 1 to 1.5 hours of Louisville, KY)
Pay Range: $20-$21.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Monitor foreign currency bank account(s) and perform cash application on a bi-weekly basis. Address ad hoc queries from the UK Shared Services Control team and franchisees on aging balances and cash application. Maintain master store data for new franchisees, new stores, closed stores, and transfers. Ensure monthly actual sales are reported by franchisees and uploaded to KRise. Follow up with the UK Shared Services Control team or market teams on any unreported sales. What's Needed?
1 - 3 years of accounts receivable experience is required. Experience with international customers and foreign currency conversion is a plus. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, AutoSum formulas). Experience with JDE or other Oracle ERP solutions is helpful but not required. Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail environment is a plus.
