Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Cash Applications Associate to join their team. As a Cash Applications Associate, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Cash Management team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Timely and accurate daily application of cash receipts received through the lockbox and bank accounts Access and upload electronic deposit files to the Datatech, cSap, and Vantage systems Identify proper client and GL codes for payment application Act as a backup for cash application support during department personnel absences Conduct research and audits related to cash receipts and reconcile daily OTC deposits against recorded cash entries What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college finance or accounting courses are helpful Experience in cash application within a corporate or high-volume environment preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and 10-key operations Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills What's in it for me?
